City Innovate’s Vendor Management Module provides a single source of truth for all your work with a vendor. The Prequalified Vendor Pool (PQVP) is a new module for the City Innovate platform that allows you to seamlessly:

• Prequalify vendors and build your vendor bench
• Create and maintain vendor profiles
• Invite select vendors to apply to your projects

PQVP was designed to make the vendor management process more efficient, and the module addresses the following stages: the Pre-Qualified Bidder List process, Vendor Management, and Request For Bid to the qualified vendor pool.
