What is the Community of Practice?

Authorium proudly sponsors the inaugural California Community of Practice, a collective of procurement professionals committed to fostering collaboration, optimizing administrative workflows, and championing best practices across government agencies.

By fostering a supportive network, Authorium provides a platform for community members to address key issues facing their agencies, such as:

Efficiency improvements,
Best practices around compliance initiatives,
Increasing visibility into common procurement barriers and pain points, and
Enhancing the overall effectiveness of procurement activities.

Community of Practice members meet virtually once a quarter to discuss emerging trends, challenges, process improvements, and best practices. In addition to networking and knowledge sharing, members receive ongoing training and educational resources to keep them up-to-date with changing regulations and compliance requirements.
